Men's Ministry
Profile of Ministries:
The women’s ministry has (3 ) Three auxiliaries designed to minister to the needs of women.
1) SISTER TO SISTER
“SISTERS TO SISTER” is a small group’s ministry, designed to create a spirit of sisterhood and accountability among the women of God.
2) Moms Supporting Moms Ministry
The Moms Supporting Moms Ministry provides guidance and support for mothers with children between the ages of 0-7. New and old mothers alike study the scriptures to learn how to value motherhood and become effective mothers. They also fellowship, share resources, and draw from each other’s experiences.
3)Hurting Women Do Heal
The Hurting Women Do Heal is a ministry that assists women who have experience hurt in the lost of a spouse, child, or some devastating life event. This ministry is also design to address the abuse that women may have experience at the hands of those in the church.
The Ministries at Victory Outreach Ministries are dynamic and will grow according to the need and the expansion of the vision to accommodate that growth of the church. Each Ministry is based on the following areas of development.
Fellowship
There is great strength in the diversity of our backgrounds and experiences. This ministry will bring women of diverse ages, marital status, backgrounds, etc. together to share experiences to have fellowship. By doing this, we will learn to appreciate, respect, understand and embrace each other differences, to form wholesome lasting relationships.
“And they continued steadfastly in the apostle’s doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayer.” Acts 2: 42
Support
Everyone has their season of blessings as well as their seasons to suffer. There are also things that we face on a daily basis that relate to women in particular. In this ministry, we will be a source of support and encouragement to one another during our “UP’s” and our “Down’s”. The strong will bear the infirmity of the weak. We will agree together in prayer concerning our situations. We will learn to take advantage of the spiritual insight and Godly counsel we possess collectively in order to withstand the constant barrage.
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availed much.”

Accountability
We will gather on a monthly basis for the main purpose of learning how to love, honor and respect one another, as well as how to live a victorious life in Christ. In our groups, we will make a commitment with other sisters for intentional growth, instead of accepting the default mode (“I’m just not going”: “I just can’t do it”). When we learn that we need to change, we will be expected to change. We have developed a list or core values that we believe are imperative for a healthy group relationship. Each person is expected to commit to the keeping of these values. By doing this, we will help each other to make it.
“But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the Day of Judgment,”

Network
To network means to channel or exchange information; it is an interconnection. We will become a source of reference to one another to share information, exchange ideas, give assistance to, etc. Business owners can share with others what services they provide. The groups will serve as a channel for getting out Church and Women’s Ministry information. It will also serve as an interconnection for us to better keep up with one another. We can share words of encouragement.
“Let no corrupt communication proceed our of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace to the hearers.”

Community
Clearly one of the deepest cries of the soul is the desire to belong and connect. We long for a place where we are accepted, loved, cherished, and to be known. The greatest purpose of the SISTERS Ministry is to provide sense of community within the church, so that as we grow, we will stay connected. Places where those who come can feel like they belong.
“And all that believed were together, and had all things common.”

Is that our Men’s Ministry enlightens and empowers our Men and boys and leads them to the path of accountability and towards an understanding of the true roles of Men—to lead, to provide and to protect

The purpose of G.R.A.C.E Girls (serving ages 8 – 12) and D.I.V.A.S (serving ages 13 – 21) is to enhance the lives of young ladies by offering them a supportive network in a Christian based atmosphere where they are able to feel comfortable expressing themselves without ridicule or social stigmas.
This ministry will provide them with the necessary tools and life skills to promote social academic and most of all spiritual growth.
Our primary goal is expressed in the acronyms for the ministry (G.R.A.C.E.) we believe Proverbs 22:6. “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it”
(D.I.V.A.S) we believe that a divine intervention from GOD is the answer to many of life struggles that young ladies encounter.
We believe that this ministry will allow our young ladies the opportunity to form strong lasting bonds with positive mentors which will ultimately assist them to live a VICTORIOUS CHRISTIAN LIFE!

B.R.O.T.H.A.S. is an acronym which means
Bring Real Ones To Higher Authority & Salvation this ministry is design to mentor our young men from the ages 5 years to 18 with the absence of fathers, uncles, and big brothers in our families the men of Victory Outreach Ministries Church has accepted the challenge of mentoring our young men and leading to Jesus our Savior.
Married Ministry is designed to address the issues that married couples face. We meet monthly and study the word of God to strengthen our relationships.

Victory Outreach Ministries Church prison ministry delivers the Gospel to these forgotten men and women, change their path ,touch their heart and soul and connects them to a world filled with the love of the Lord and service to community
